....is a BBQ Brie Burger

What do you get when your boyfriend has a craving for Burgers and you want to make a fancy Steak Sandwich with Brie? A BBQ Brie Burger!! This was a delicious compromise that came together in the grocery aisle. It was a nice sunny day, perfect for grilling Burgers, and with the start of baseball it almost feels like summer!

The Burgers
1 lb Ground Turkey
1 Small Shallot, Minced
2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1 Egg
3 Tbsp BBQ Sauce*
1/3 Cup Breadcrumbs
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper

The Fixings
4 Ciabatta Rolls**
4 Tbsp BBQ Sauce*
4 Slices of Brie
1 Shallot, Thinly Sliced
Spinach

*I used the best BBQ sauce ever, Pappy's Smokehouse Original, Sweet Baby Jane & Holly's Hot Sauce are also acceptable.
** I made the rolls, you're never going to guess the recipe I used. I know I'm a bit of a broken record with bread, but it tastes good, all it takes is changing the shape & it works for so many used.
Combine Burger ingredients until thoroughly mixed. Form into 4 patties about 1/2" thick. Cook 4-5 minutes each side to desired doneness (or in my case, hand them to someone who knows how to grill without tuning the meat to charcoal).
Toast Rolls, remove and immediately place Brie on lower bun (to make it a little melty), add Shallot, Burger & Spinach. Spread BBQ Sauce on top bun, and cover Burger.
Happy Cooking!
