1 Serving Pasta
1/4 Onions
1 Clove Garlic
2 Roma Tomatoes
1 Handful Fresh Spinach
Boil water and cook the pasta until al dente. Drain and drizzle with Olive Oil. In a skillet with a little more Olive Oil soften Onions for a few minutes then add Garlic. Toss in Tomatoes and coat in Onions and Garlic goodness. Add cooked Pasta, remove from heat and mix in Spinach. Enjoy!
