Ohhh.. yes please!!!! Do you think I can use a sweet onion for this? I have a few and I would love to try it this week.. and not have to go to the store :)
Any onion will do! And the longer you can wait on lower heat the more carmelly and delicious they'll be!! Oh and near the end I like to cover them and let them steam in their own yumminess.
