Chimichurri
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Oregano
3 Tbsp White Wine Vinegar
1 Tbsp Garlic, Minced
1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1 Lime, Zest & Juice
Asada
2lbs of Tri-Tip
Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
Rub meat in remaining ingredients and grill on medium high for 8 minutes each side. The time will depend on your desired level of 'doneness' and thickness of the steak. It's a delicious sauce, hot or cold, chicken or steak.
AND it makes wonderful leftover sandwiches!
