....is Zucchini & Asparagus



 Use a peeler to grate the Zucchini into long thin slices.

 Blanche Asparagus and Dress with Olive Oil, Lemon, Salt & Pepper.

I used it and some other ingredients the next day to make a Salad for dinner.
